To differ from usual reenactment markets or museum's events, the the IRM follows a unique concept which incorporates also lectures. These lectures will cover topics ranging from history, historical reconstructions, re-enactment, living history to just experiencing past times. The IRM2013 lectures:
Most lectures are held in German language, but the IRM2013 will feature in English language some for our foreign visitors: One guided tour in the exhibition "ZIRKUSBECHER & RIPPENSCHALEN" (CIRCUS BEAKERS AND RIBBED BOWLS) each day (12:30-13:30) as well as two lectures, "Making Ripped Bowls" (14:00-14:30) and "Experimental Archaeology in Crafts" (17:00-17:30), on saturday and one lecture, "Experimental Archaeology in Crafts" (17:00-17:30), on sunday. (Details may be subject to change.) DUE TO THE CURRENT SPECIAL EXHIBITION "ZIRKUSBECHER UND RIPPENSCHALEN" THE LECTURES HAVE TO BE MOVED TO THE SEMINAR ROOM (UPSTAIRS, USE THE STAIRS IN THE LARGE HALL) AND IN THE ROMAN KITCHEN.
